Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Conclusion of contract

A contract between Ernst Westphal e. K. ("Supplier")and the customer is concluded by an on-line purchase via the Internet portals www.uhrenteile24.de according to the regulations of these general terms and conditions in the current version. Otherwise the rules of the German civil law will apply. The contract is agreed and concluded by written confirmation via e-mail or the immediate delivery of goods.

§ 2 Customer information duties

By ordering a product the customer is obliged to provide truthful information. In case that supplied information has changed, in particular name, address or e-mail address, the customer is obliged to inform the supplier as soon as possible.

If the customer omits from this information duties or submits fake data the supplier can withdraw from the contract, as far as a contract has been concluded. The denial is declared in writing with E-mail or letter.

§ 3 Payment, handling and shipping

The customer has pay the total purchase price in advance. The total price has to be paid within eight days after submitting the order. Non-payment or late payment is a reason for the supplier for withdraw from the contract and denial of delivery.

The payment can be processed by bank transfer, by credit card or by ec card.

The supplier ships goods according to the conditions specified under 'Shipping costs'.

§ 4 Delivery of goods

The supplier takes care of the shipping risks. Returns - as far as they are not based on cancellation of the contract or guarantee claims - are the risk of the customer.

§ 5 Retention of title

The goods delivered remain property of the supplier upon entire payment of the purchase price.

§ 6 Warranty

For factory-new goods the warranty period is two years. For pre-owned or used items the period of warranty is one year. The warranty period begins with receipt of the goods.
